Who you are

As an SDR (Sales Development Representative) at Boatim, you are a perseverant and focused professional, who will partner with the whole Sales team to feed our sales funnel to qualify and engage prospective customers for us. Your main goal will be finding new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users.


Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches, in order to schedule qualified consultations on the sale’s calendar.
  • Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that we provide.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities.
  • Acquire expert knowledge of our business.
  • Work closely with the team in developing new ways to increase awareness of our business and to evolve and improve the lead qualification process.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs


You have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an SDR or similar role in fast-growing Tech & SaaS companies or startups 
  • Very good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
  • Good command of Office tools, CRM and BRM tools
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our company’s success
  • Great team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills


Nice to Haves:

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Previous working experience in the boating sector or maritime knowledge
  • Knowledge of another European language would be advantageous but not essential 
  • Good understanding of latest sales-tech tools, concepts & strategies
